My son very aggressively accused his stepmother of not inviting him to family gatherings. He is 35 – she has spent 20 years supporting him emotionally and financially. She doesn’t have her own child and loved him like her own. She is heartbroken as am I. He was contacted via text and email which we verified. He has dug in and wants this to go away without taking any accountability. We both don’t trust him anymore. What a shame.
Thank you for your story Mike. I can empathize with your story. We’ve had some of our own family battles. It’s sad, but sometimes hard decisions are made, sometimes for better, sometimes for worse. I hope you and your wife can navigate it to a peaceful resolve.
